Visit: Hazelby House & Garden and Kirby House Garden

| Hazelby House

Two outstandingly beautiful gardens are opening for this visit. Created originally by Martin Lane-Fox, Hazelby enjoys a total of 20 separate 'garden rooms' of which the rose garden, a white garden, herbaceous borders and a Mediterranean garden, form four. Combe Gibbet with views over five counties will be the venue for a picnic lunch (generously provided by hosts, Patrick and Gabriella Hungerford). This is followed by a private visit to Kirby House Garden, Inkpen by kind permission of Katherine Astor. Kirby House is a Queen Anne House with a seven acre garden with double herbaceous borders, a reflecting pool and
contemporary sculptures.
