What is the National Art Pass network?
We work in partnership with a UK-wide network of over 1000 museums, galleries, historic houses and other cultural venues, known as the National Art Pass network
The National Art Pass is a card that allows Art Fund members to gain free or discounted admission and exhibitions, shop or café discounts, or event offers
We provide a marketing platform to promote all partners in the network, attracting the attention of our 148'000 members and beyond, increasing your visitor footfall
And the really great part – all profits we make from sales of the National Art Pass go towards funding our grant-giving programme, enabling our partners to do even more.
Meet the team
Our National Art Pass network team is here to work with you and help you promote your venue with Art Fund.
Join the network
How to get started and join the National Art Pass network.
01. Log in or register
Get started by creating a professional account. There you can manage grant applications, update organisational details, tell us about your exhibitions and more – all in one place.
We welcome applications to join the National Art Pass network whether your are applying for funding or not.
If you are a museum, gallery, historic house or other arts, cultural or heritage organisation in the UK, with a permanent collection or exhibition programme with a focus on the arts, culture, heritage, or education, and you are open to the public on a regular basis, we would love to hear from you.
We cannot accept applications from commercial galleries.
If you have any questions please set up a call at www.artfund.org/jennie or www.artfund.org/faye
02. Find out more
Join the next webinar with our National Art Pass Network team to find out more about our marketing support, and other resources you can benefit from when you join the network.
We onboard new partners three times a year, and the 2026 rounds have now closed.
Our next onboarding round will be in January 2027, but if you would like to speak to us in the meantime please email us at museums@artfund.org
03. Complete registration
Download and complete the new partner form and return to museums@artfund.org so we can get you set up. Don't forget to include details of the National Art Pass benefit we can offer to our members!
The next deadline for applications is 30 September 2026, with onboarding to be complete by the 1 December. For 2027 applications, the next deadline will be the 30 January, with onboarding complete by the 1 April.
The deadline to be included in our Art Map for 2027 has now passed, but new partners will still be promoted via our digital and print marketing channels, and added to the handbook the following year.

Acknowledging our support
We ask our partners who have received funding to acknowledge our support. Read our practical guide to make an impact with Art Fund support and send your marketing materials to museums@artfund.org for support or approval.
You can also order a marketing pack from us including stickers, leaflets and posters - just get in touch.
