Opening times
The museum is now open with unrestricted visiting and no ticketing required.
Schools and groups of over ten people should ring 01236 638460 to book in advance.
Face coverings must be worn by all visitors 12 years plus line with government advice. This includes children's classes, the tram and mine.
A full programme of events will run from Easter.
