A morning guided tour of the magnificent art collection of Great Britain’s first Prime Minister, Sir Robert Walpole, sold to the Hermitage Museum in St. Petersburg, which will be reassembled in its spectacular original setting of Houghton Hall for the first time in over 200 years.

The tour will continue in the surroundings with the afternoon visit of a private house built in 1575- 1578.

This event has been organised by a local supporter group to help raise money for the Art Fund.
