Visit: Museum of Welsh Life, St Fagans

Spend the day at the Museum of Welsh Life, a leading open-air museum in the grounds of St Fagans castle and gardens. Start the day with a talk by Arabella Calder on the plans for the future of the museum. Then Janet Wilding, Manager of Historic Buildings, will also give a talk. This will be followed by a tour of the galleries. In the afternoon visit the restored church where there will be a talk on the murals and their restoration. There will then be time to explore the museum as well as a demonstration by the weaver. The blacksmith, saddler and clog-maker will also be on site during the day.
