About Emma:
Emma's Pilates and well-being offers a range of pilates, yoga stretch and yogalates, barre and ballet sessions for all, in a relaxing way to exercise the body and mind.

Emma is qualified in mat pilates to advanced level, specialist yoga, yoga movement, pre- and post-natal, children's yoga, performance Pilates, fusion Pilates trained and my barre and balletbums. She holds a level 3 diploma in dance, anatomy and physiology for exercise and health.

Please bring your own mat. Suitable for beginners upwards. Adults only.

Entry to our exhibition spaces is by timed ticket only.

Please bring your ticket with you, either as a print-out or on your phone.

If there is a queue outside the building, please observe social distancing while you wait.

In accordance with government legislation, visitors must wear face coverings.

NHS Test and Trace: For your safety we are required by the government to collect contact information for all visitors. For convenience we would advise you to download the NHS Covid app which will allow you to record your visit by scanning our QR code on arrival. All other visitors will have their contact details recorded on arrival on our secure system, in accordance with GDPR regulations.

You must follow the one way system and maintain social distancing with anyone outside your social bubble.
