Guided Tour | Freemasons' Hall

Wednesday 7 September 2016 - 11:45 until 15:00

Freemasons’ Hall, situated in the heart of Covent Garden, is a Grade II listed Art Deco building. It is home to the oldest Grand Lodge in the world, the site having been first acquired in 1774. As well as the opulent Grand Temple, which seats 1700, there are 21 lodge rooms, a library and a museum, which houses one of the finest collections of Masonic material in the world. The current building has provided the location for prestigious events from the King Kong film premiere to London Fashion Week.

The guided tour will be followed by an informal lunch served in the cosy Drawing Room.

This event has been organised by the Oxfordshire Volunteer Fundraising Committee to help raise money for the Art Fund.
