Visit | Royal Horticultural Society

Thursday 20 October 2011 - 18:30 until 20:00

Join us for an exclusive visit to the Royal Horticultural Society's Lindley Library. The Library is a Designated Outstanding Collection and offers a unique insight into the social history of gardening and garden plants through books, art, photographs and archives. Our visit will start with a welcome by Barbara Collecott, Head of Libraries and Archives, and the highlight of the tour will be the opportunity to view some of the Library's special collections, which date from 1514, including rare illustrated books and gorgeous botanical art pieces.
