An interactive family session exploring Vivienne Westwood’s fashion, creativity and rebellious ideas.
Step Into Westwood is an interactive family session inspired by the life, work and ideas of Vivienne Westwood.
Designed for families with children aged 5–12, the experience invites participants to explore the exhibition through a guided museum adventure, encouraging close looking, discussion and discovery.
Families will uncover stories behind Westwood’s designs and explore themes of individuality and self-expression before taking part in a hands-on making activity, creating an upcycled fashion brooch inspired by the designer’s bold style.
Sessions take place on 21 & 28 July and 4, 11, 18 & 25 August 2026, from 2:30–3:30pm, offering a creative and engaging way to experience fashion and design together during the summer holidays.
Included in museum admission. Under 18, full time students and carers go free.
