Inspired by Impressions of Light: Masterpieces from MuMa – Le Havre and The Bowes Museum
Visitors are invited to look out from the Create Space and make their own artwork based on what they can see. Take inspiration from Impressionist artists and explore colour, light and atmosphere through painting or sketching.
Canvas and painting kits are available to purchase from the shop and can be used with easels set up in the Create Space, creating the feel of an artist’s workshop. Visitors are also welcome to bring their own sketchbooks or simply use the space to draw.
