Enjoy The Bowes Museum after hours with An Evening of Designing and Making, a creative late opening inspired by Vivienne Westwood: Rebel – Storyteller – Visionary. Explore the exhibition in the evening and take part in hands-on activities celebrating fashion, creativity and self-expression.

Book a place on the DIY Designer T-shirt workshop led by fashion designer Kelly Ewing, or join the drop-in upcycled badge-making session included with admission.

Visitors can also enjoy late shopping in The Bowes Museum Shop, 10% off in Café Bowes and relaxed after-hours access to the museum. Blending art, making and inspiration, this special event offers a fresh way to experience the museum and exhibition at night in a lively, creative atmosphere.
