Our Kitchen Garden at Eastbury is beginning to spring into bloom, included a number of traditional herbs and plants commonly associated with remedies and recipes.
Our Heritage Gardener will show you techniques and help you to create a range of items to enjoy. The workshop will include making the following to take home with you at the end of the session:
Herbal Tea Bags
Rosemary Hair Rinse
Ginger-infused Honey
You'll also learn a bit about the history and uses of the herbs you'll be using.
