Event: Concert by Robert Berry and Peter Borthwick and dinner
Peter Borthwick is a classically trained singer who, following in the footsteps of Frank Sinatra, Bing Crosby and contemporary crooners like Harry Connick Jr and Michael Bublé, loves to perform songs from the great tradition of standards from the American Song Book, including ballads by the great Cole Porter and Irving Berlin and bossa novas by Antonio Carlos Jobim. He has recently shared a stage at the Pigalle with jazz singer Tina May and sung with renowned Broadway singer and comedian Lea DeLaria at the 606 in Chelsea.
Rob has played the piano for many high profile events across the UK from The Ivy in London, for the launch of Jacqueline Gold’s autobiography, to the opening of the Scottish National Golf Centre in front of the late HRH Princess Margaret.
There will be drinks and canapés before the music and a three course dinner with wine afterwards.
