Teens & Adults Art Workshop
Once a month Golden Thread Gallery host a workshop for everyone 14year+.
This month we are taking part in the Northern Ireland Mental Health Arts Festival. This year the theme of the festival is ‘Pause’, we are hosting a mindful drawing workshop to allow you to do just that, pause. Mindful drawing helps us to improve our emotional health, relieve stress, relax and to find new ways of expressing ourselves.
