Kingston Bagpuize House

Visit | Kingston Bagpuize House

Wednesday 24 July 2013 - 10:30

By kind permission of Mrs Francis Grant, a private visit of Kingston Bagpuize House, built in the 1660s and remodelled in the early 18th century. The staircase is the most important architectural part of the house and together with its collection of English and French furniture, and paintings by John Hoppner, Thomas Gainsborough and George Romney, this makes the venue a period masterpiece.

This event has been organised by a local supporter group to help raise money for the Art Fund
