Edward Hasell McCosh studied at Duncan of Johnston College of Art in Dundee and at L'Ecole Nationale Superieure des Beaux Arts, Paris. He paints in the Dutch classical style and his talk will describe his technique and other aspects of his work, as he is best known for his oils of birds. Some of his work will be on display.

After the talk, lunch will be at the home of Jane Pollock and there will be a chance to wander around her garden at Winderwath.

This event has been organised by a local supporter group to help raise money for the Art Fund.
