An introduction to Norwich

Lecture | Teesside High School

Wednesday 20 February 2013 - 14:00 until 16:00

Norwich is one of the most attractive cities in the country with a cathedral, castle and other buildings dating from the middle ages. The city had a flourishing school of painters and the Castle Museum contains many fine examples of works by Crome, Cotman and others.

The event will consist of three short talks by local committee members Lesley Taylor, Helen Toplis and Elizabeth Conron, who all have relevant specialised knowledge. The event forms a prelude to the visit of the regional group to Norwich in April.

This event has been organised by a local supporter group to help raise money for the Art Fund.
