These two houses are very different: Sand has medieval origins and
connections with Katherine of Aragon while Sidbury manor is a Victorian Country
House in the middle of a large agricultural estate. Both are wonderful in their
very different ways, with stunning gardens. Price includes refreshments, lunch
at the Red Lion in Sidbury and, during the lunch period, a visit to the parish
church of St Giles and St Peter (opposite the pub) which has fine monuments and
a Saxon crypt.
