On one side the emphasis is on the preparation and serving of wine with various wine related vessels and Dionysos holding out a wine bowl to be filled by dutiful satyrs. The other side presents the after effects of wine with the satyrs chasing a maenad who flees from the embrace of one to be grabbed by another. This work was acquired with assistance from the Wolfson Foundation.
