As part of the network, you can also access sector research and resources, and all your staff will qualify to purchase our Professional Art Pass at a subsidised rate of £35.

What is the National Art Pass network?

  • We work in partnership with a UK-wide network of over 900 museums, galleries, historic houses and other cultural venues, known as the National Art Pass network

  • The National Art Pass is a card that allows Art Fund members to gain free entry or half-price admission, exhibitions or event, and sometimes discounts in the shop or café

  • We promote all partners in the network to ensure our members use their card to visit you – increasing your visitor footfall

  • And the really great part – all profits we make from sales of the National Art Pass go towards funding our grant-giving programme, enabling our partners to do more.

How to get started and join the National Art Pass network.

01. Log in or register

Get started by creating a professional account. There you can manage grant applications, update organisational details, tell us about your exhibitions and more – all in one place.

We welcome applications from museums, galleries, historic houses and other heritage and arts-focused organisations across the UK, whether your are applying for funding or not. Some eligibility criteria apply, but if you have any questions please set up a call at www.artfund.org/jennie

02. Find out more

Join the next quarterly webinar with our National Art Pass Network team to find out more about our marketing support, and other resources you can benefit from when you join the network.

We onboard new partners in March, June and September; if you join before the June deadline, we can include you in the Art Map for the following year.

03. Complete registration

Download and complete the new partner form and return to museums@artfund.org so we can get you set up. Don't forget to include details of the National Art Pass benefit we can offer to our members!

The next deadline for applications is 30 June with venue pages published by September.

Acknowledging our support

We ask our partners who have received funding to acknowledge our support. Read our practical guide to make an impact with Art Fund support and send your marketing materials to museums@artfund.org for support or approval.
