A 'Crizzled' Decanter Jug by George Ravenscroft

Jug with oviform body, 'nipt diamond waies' and unusually decorated with seven vertical pincered and winged ribs, the spirally ribbed neck and lip spout with trailed collar and plain loop handle, mounted with a later gilt-metal foot.
