20 Jain statuettes from southern India, all bronze except one in soapstone.
Most bear inscriptions so can be dated. 3 represent the King and Queen with Tirthandaras. This collection was donated by Henry Oppenheimer, who presented over 30 works to the British Museum through the Art Fund between 1907 and 1933.
