Kurt Jackson is an artist and environmentalist whose work celebrates and raises awareness of landscape and nature.
He studied zoology at Oxford and has been an artist in residence at the Eden Project, the Glastonbury Festival, and on the Greenpeace ship Esperanza. Jay Screech, Oak and Hawthorne represents a scene in the New Forest, an ecologically significant and much-loved landscape close to Southampton where this work will now be displayed.
