Experience the full evening concert performance of Attar's Sufi poem, The Conference of the Birds.
A full concert performance of the Conference of the Birds, directed by James Potter with the Cantata Dramatica singers and players. The performance will bring to life the highlights of Attar’s long poem, with exceptional music from composer Danyal Dhondy blending eastern and western traditions, surprising parables, pen portraits of the truth-seeking birds, thought-filled narration and a rousing finale to do justice to this Persian masterpiece.
