Visit: Stowe Mansion & Landscape Park

| Stowe Mansion and Landscape Park

Stowe is one of the most important neo-classical estates in Europe. This magnificent house and its sublime landscape gardens were inspired by Viscount Cobham and Earl Temple in the 18th century; and were the work of many of the leading architects of the day. The Stowe House Preservation Trust is undertaking a huge restoration project and much of the exterior facades and interior state rooms, including the magnificent Marble Saloon, now appear in their former glory.
