This study day looks at women artists, connected with the Surrealist movement, which began in the early 1920s, and which focussed on the random, the strange and the dream, which Freud put so memorably into our consciousness in the 20th century.

Art historian, TATE lecturer and guide Linda Bolton, who is leading the session, is author of many books on 19th- and 20th-century artists and art movements.

This event has been organised by the London Fundraising Committee Volunteer Fundraising Committee to help raise money for the Art Fund.
