A vibrant showcase celebrating seasonal transition through diverse media by South Lakeland’s leading artist collective.
Winter into Spring marks a moment of quiet transformation, as the northern hemisphere begins to reawaken and the natural world slowly unfurls. This seasonal shift inspires reflection on renewal, hope, and the repeating cycles of life that connect us all.
Presented by Green Door Artists, this extensive exhibition brings together a wide range of creative responses to the journey from winter’s stillness into spring’s vitality. The featured works span traditional landscape paintings, expressive interpretations of seasonal change, bold abstract pieces, and three-dimensional artworks that explore themes of life, growth, and transition.
Green Door Artists is a collective of nearly 100 artists based in the South Lakes and surrounding areas, working across diverse mediums, techniques, and styles. This exhibition celebrates that richness and variety, offering something for every viewer. Throughout the exhibition, visitors will also have opportunities to meet some of the artists and gain insight into their creative processes.
