Exploring the fluidity and complexity of gender through art and stories.
Gender Stories challenges fixed ideas of sex, gender, and identity by showcasing a rich mix of artworks and personal narratives. Featuring pieces by renowned artists such as David Hockney, Zanele Muholi and Grayson Perry, the exhibition reveals how gender has been expressed, mythologised and sometimes hidden across cultures and history.
With new commissions, artefacts and reflections on identity, it invites visitors to consider what gender means today and how it might evolve. This immersive show fosters dialogue, self-discovery and a deeper understanding of diverse gender experiences.
