Join us for a night to freeze the blood as we step into the world of Gothic literature. Enjoy the atmospheric surroundings of Chawton House, and indulge in 'dreadful suspicions' as you learn the secrets of the house, the portraits, and the books within. From witches and poisons to monsters and the Gothic apocalypse, our tour will lead you through the pages of some of our most thrilling Gothic works. Be on the lookout for ghostly apparitions and veiled mysteries as we shine our lanterns into the darkness.

National Art Pass members are welcome to visit for half price as part of their membership. Book online in advance and select ‘Art Fund’ as your ticket-type. You will need to show your membership card to gain admission.
