Discovering Medieval Nantwich
Nantwich is known as a Tudor town but underneath lies a Medieval story.
A great way to discover a new interpretation of Nantwich following the clues to an earlier settlement of laid out burgage plots, trade routes and a castle. Walking in the footsteps of earlier trades people you’ll learn about how the town changed and the families involved with that change.
The event is part of the Festival of Archaeology.
