The Henry Moore Institute hosts a year-round programme of exhibitions, conferences, lectures, research, fellowships and publications which aim to expand the understanding and scholarship of historical and contemporary sculpture.

Part of the Henry Moore Foundation which was set up by Henry Moore in 1977 to encourage appreciation of the visual arts, the institute also curates the Leeds Museums and Galleries sculpture collection which is on display in Leeds Art Gallery.

To keep our visitors and staff as safe as possible, we are following current Covid secure guidance and implementing a range of measures.

To help us effectively allow for social distancing, we are limiting visitor numbers and are asking all visitors to book tickets in advance.

We have introduced a one way system around the building, with separate entry and exit to the building.

We have temporarily closed the bridge linking Henry Moore Institute and Leeds Art Gallery.
