The winning and shortlisted imagery from this year's awards, spanning photojournalism, fine art, sport and commercial work.
The competition encompasses categories for professional photographers, student photographers, youth photographers and an open call. Within these there are further prizes by genre, meaning this is an overarching exhibition that embraces an eclectic mix of architectural, sports, travel, portrait, documentary and conceptual photography.
Also on display, a retrospective of American photographer Mary Ellen Markby. This year's recipient of the Outstanding Contribution to Photography award, her work addresses issues such as homelessness, loneliness, drug addiction and prostitution. Commissions by William Klein and Panos Pictures photographers complete the programme at Somerset House.
