Visit to Art of Power: Masterpieces from the Bute Collection

Meet at Hunterian Museum and Art Gallery 10.45am for tour of the exhibition and talk by Peter Black, Curator of the exhibition.

In conjunction with a visit to Mount Stuart, Isle of Bute, this visit to the Hunterian Museum and Art Gallery’s new exhibition will introduce the splendours of the Bute Collection and help to put the later visit in context. There will be an introduction by Senior Curator, Peter Black who will give some background and challenges of putting on the exhibition and lead the group through the display. Peter will also accompany the group on the private visit to Mount Stuart.

This event has been organised by the Strathclyde Volunteer Fundraising Committee to help raise money for the Art Fund.
