This group of works was created by Arthur Reginald Smith, a Yorkshire artist who developed his style during a scholarship in Italy and regularly exhibited paintings at the Fine Art Society as part of the Wharfedale Group.

Opening times

Please note Craven Museum is closed from 3rd September 2018 to May 2020 for our Heritage Lottery Funded refurbishment project. Please note our exhibition Gallery and Tourist information Centre will be open as normal 9.30 to 4pm Monday to Saturday until 22nd December 2018 when they will also close for refurbishment.
