A Winter foraging workshop and walk around with food expert Clare McQuillan at the Ulster Folk Museum
Join foraging and food expert Clare McQuillan for a Winter foraging walk on Sunday 15th November around the beautiful rural surroundings of the Ulster Folk Museum.
Discover a treasure of edible surprises, as Clare shows you how to identify a range of plants, trees and fruits. You'll also learn the role wild plants played in rural Ulster peoples' homes. The walk will be followed by a lunch inspired by seasonal foraged ingredients.
Tickets includes lunch and general admission to the Ulster Folk Museum. The lunch menu will be suitable for vegans and vegetarians. Unfortunately, other dietary requirements cannot be catered for due to the presence of allergens.This event is suitable for ages 16+.
