Come along to spend the morning exploring different preparation methods for tea from Fukuoka, Japan. Michelle and Rob from Comins will take you through the many delicious ways that you can make tea from this prefecture.
With insights into the project Comins have undertaken with the Fukuoka prefecture, the people who grow the tea, and makers of tea sets and implements, this workshop will be an in-depth, intimate tea experience.
The different types of tea will include sparkling tea, tea on the rocks, Yame Gyokuro with ponzu and salt, and how to make your own top-quality matcha at home. This workshop is perfect for anyone who has perfected their morning cuppa and wants to explore new ways to enjoy their tea!
