We’re proud to be partnering with Comins Tea with support from Fukuoka Prefecture to celebrate the crafts of Fukuoka.
Fukuoka, located in the south of Japan, is home to a variety of nationally recognised crafts and agricultural traditions – from ceramics and textiles to tea and incense. From February, we will be showing a selection of objects and textiles from the region. Alongside the display, we’ll be hosting a series of tea-related talks and events with Comins Tea, to deepen the understanding and appreciation of tea, tradition, and making from this region. More information on events coming soon.
With thanks to Fukuoka Prefecture for their support of this project.
