This event is part of Lancaster Fun Palaces, thanks to Lancashire Adult Learning.
This event is free but charges do apply if you wish to go around the rest of the museum(£5 adults or children free)

*Some activities have limited places and will be allocated on a 'first come first served' basis. Some waiting time may be involved.
Fun Palaces is an annual weekend of free events where arts, crafts, science, tech and digital are a catalyst for community engagement and full participation for everyone, from the grassroots up, to learn something new and have fun doing it.This year Lancashire Libraries, Museums and Archives will be holding nineteen Fun Palaces. Opening times
The museum is open 11am - 4pm Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday during the season. The season is Thursday 3rd April - Sunday 16 November 2025. The building is also open for our Dark History tours throughout the winter and for pre-booked school visits and pre-booked private tours.
