Explore sculpture on campus: Paolozzi's 'Faraday', works in Chancellor's Court, as well as Nost's George 1 on horseback.
The University of Birmingham's Edgbaston campus is a veritable sculpture park of masterpieces form the 18th century through to the 21st!
We''ll be starting with a look at the biggest: Eduardo Paolozzi's Faraday, outside University station, followed by stops in Chancellor's Court before ending up looking at John Nost's George I on Horseback outside the Barber.
Followed by tea, coffee and posh biscuits inside the Barber as usual.
Look Club is a chance for those who love art to meet, see galleries, exhibitions and works of art together, and discuss what they like about the art they're seeing – and what they like dislike, too! It's not a lecture or seminar, and everyone's observations, ideas and opinions are valid – and encouraged!
PLEASE NOTE: In event of wet weather, meet at the Barber!
