Wake up and flow under the gaze of Doddington Hall

Local instructor Yoga May will guide you through refocusing your mind and rejuvenating your body with an outdoor Friday flow suitable for all levels.

Doddington’s summer series of Yoga on the Lawn will run every Friday at 8am from Friday 4 July – Friday 29 August (weather dependent). Classes are on an individual basis so you can attend one class, dip in and out throughout the summer or join every week.

Vinyasa Yoga involves a flowing sequence of asanas (poses) in coordination with the breath and allows you to develop core strength and flexibility, find relaxation, or attain more specific goals, depending on the intention of the practice.

Please wear layers and bring a yoga mat and blanket.

£8 per adult – No booking required, payment on arrival via cash or contactless card.Please arrive at the Gatehouse 10mins prior to class start time.
