This unique session will take place on the final evening of Annabel McCourt's powerful exhibition "I'm Sorry"

With 30 years experience in the wellness industry, Julie Oxenforth combines her Qi Gong and Yoga training to offer a special movement meditation, which will activate your innate life-force energy - Qi. This unique session will take place on the final evening of Annabel McCourt's powerful exhibition "I'm Sorry", right in the middle of the installation.

The flow of Qi can be hindered due to trauma and lifestyle resulting in poor health and fatigue. Learn a system of exercises which will enhance focus, relaxation, mental health and physical energy. Some of the exercises are standing and moving but you will also need a yoga mat and blanket or hoodie for relaxation. Wear loose, comfortable clothes.
