A storytelling adventure for families with children aged 3-5.

This gentle storytelling session for pre-schoolers will take your little ones on a tour around the world through our galleries, accompanied by puppet guides Pam Cake and Pierre Og.

We all need to eat and every culture offers a rich and creative variety of foods. This dazzling and delicious diversity means we have more to choose from than ever, but some things are surprisingly similar wherever you go. All around the globe, from Kenya to China, people make pancakes and put fillings, sweet and savoury, into dough to eat.

Come and help Pam and Pierre find the ingredients for these universal foods around the museum, learn where they come from, and what they call them in other countries.

We will also be using some basic Makaton signs and joining in with sounds and movements along the way.

All children must be accompanied by an adult. No more than one adult per child please.
