Description:
Painted as the centrepiece of the preddella beneath the principal altarpiece, 'The Coronation of the Virgin', Sants Maria dei Servi, Siena. It was flanked by four other predella panels, two on each side, depicting incidents from the life of St Clement, to whom the church had originally been dedicated.
