Do you want to sell tickets online, or are you using a ticketing system that isn't right for you?

Our free ticket management system, Art Tickets has been designed specifically for museums' different needs. Operated by Art Fund, it's entirely free to use – there are no set-up or running costs.

We've spent months working closely with a varied group of our partner venues to research and test the system, ensuring that Art Tickets is designed for museums, by museums.

Selling tickets online enables you to increase income through advance ticket sales, and improve accessibility for visitors by offering them a range of options and information before they visit.

Who is Art Tickets for?

To use Art Tickets you must be:

  • a UK public museum, gallery, historic house, library or archive, and at least provisionally accredited under the Arts Council Accreditation Scheme; or a not-for-profit visual arts organisation with a public focus
  • a partner venue in the National Art Pass network offering a benefit to our members
