Collection of six Shropshire election jugs and mugs

Unknown artist, 1796–1964

1) Coalport jug, 1906 General Election for Sir Clement Lloyd Hill; 2) Jug, Shrewsbury Election, 1796 for John Hill. This was the Shrewsbury Election in which the bribery and corruption of the electorate were at their worst; 3) Coalport jug with the crest of the Shropshire Yeomanry Cavalry, 1895; 4-5) Crown Devon China mugs of 1959 and 1964 Elections; 6) Jug, Shropshire Election between 1806 & 1818. All jugs are inscribed and between 12.5 and 21 cm high.
