A selection of nearly three hundred volumes including Baconiana and other seventeenth century books, finely illustrated works, mostly of the early nineteenth century, on topography, travel, and natural history, the Chiswick collection of British poets (100 volumes: 1822), Chalmer's British Essayists (38 volumes: 1823), and other miscellaneous nineteenth century books.
