The Munnings Art Museum

A museum devoted to Sir Alfred Munnings, East Anglian artist and former President of the Royal Academy.
Set in the artist’s former home and studio, the museum holds a comprehensive collection of Munnings’ work. Widely known for his paintings of horses and of horse-racing, he also produced idyllic rural scenes where people worked the land with horses.
Additionally the museum displays a range of original furniture and personal items belonging to Munnings and his wife Violet.
