Located in The Folly, a striking and impressive Grade I listed 17th-century house close to the centre of Settle, the museum exhibits local history material relating to North Craven.
The permanent displays detail the unfolding history of the building and tell the story of the people and landscape of the area. Temporary exhibitions show the work of local artists and explore the archaeology and history of Yorkshire.
