Gasworks
With a National Art Pass you get
Established in 1994, Gasworks is a non-profit contemporary visual art organisation providing a programme of exhibitions, events, artist residencies and educational projects in London.
Gasworks typically hosts four main exhibitions a year, as well as a series of accompanying events and workshops that stimulate further dialogue and engagement.
The organisation focuses on commissioning new work by emerging or underrepresented local and international artists, often giving them their first major show in the UK. Its programme ranges from moving image, painting and printmaking to sculpture, computer animation and photography.
The Gasworks’ residencies programme provides international artists with the opportunity to develop new work which they can share with the public through events and open studios. To date, the organisation has hosted over 250 artists from 50 countries around the world.
