Deal Maritime and Local History Museum gives an insight into the history of Deal, Walmer and the surrounding areas on the Kent coast.

Displays include famous local boats, model boats, figureheads, sketches and paintings by Henry Moses, Roget and other artists.

Objects associated with Deal boatmen and lifeboat men, the Cinque Ports and the Royal Marines reveal the town's long association with servicing and victualling the fleet.
